- Visit the Book Recommendation Form on the Central Library website and download it.
Ensure you have the latest version of the form.

- Author(s)/Editor(s), Title/Volume
- Publisher & Place of Publication
- Year of Publication/Edition
- Category (Text Book/Reference/Research/General)
Up to 3 books can be entered per form.

3. Personal Details
- Provide Name, PF No/Roll No, Designation
- Department, Email and Phone Number
Ensure details are correct to avoid processing delays.

5. Book Details — Part 2
- For Text Books (Multiple Copies): Course Code
- Number of Students
- Number of Copies
Provide accurate figures for procurement.

6. Get it Signed
- Students: obtain your guide's signature.
- Faculty: sign in the designated section.
Validates the recommendation form.

8. Library Action
- The library reviews the submitted form.
- Details are verified and the recommendation is processed for procurement.

7. Submit the Form
- Submit the completed form to the Central Library.
Make sure all required sections are filled out.

9. Notification of Book Arrival
- Once the recommended books arrive, you'll receive an email notification with availability details and any further steps.
