5 Low temperature Magnetoresistance set-up
  • Model: Closed cycle cryostat from Oxford, UK.

  • Model: Nano-Observer AFM from Concept Scientific Instrument, France.
  • Modes: Contact and Non-contact modes.
  • Magnetic Field: in-plane magnetic field upto 0.15 T can be applied.
  • Scan Area: ~ 100 µm × 100 µm
  • Resolution: depends on the probe radius.
  • Operating Temperature: Room Temperature.

8 DC/RF magnetron sputtering system: It has 3 RF and 2 DC sputtering target along with 4 pocket e-beam and two port thermal boat facilities.
