  An email will be sent to all candidates on the merit list to collect their Expression of Interest (EoI) for joining the five-year Integrated MSc program at NISER, Bhubaneswar.

  Please note: The email will be sent only to the email address provided during NEST 2025 registration.
  Also, the EoI collected by NISER is exclusively for admission to NISER and does not apply to any other institution.

  Last Date for Submitting the EoI Form

  Candidates interested in taking admission to NISER, Bhubaneswar must fill out the Expression of Interest (EoI) form by 4:00 PM on 16th July 2025.

  FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE EOI FORM WITHIN THE DEADLINE WILL BE TREATED AS “NOT INTERESTED,” AND THE CANDIDATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FURTHER IN THE ADMISSION PROCESS.

  Admission Queue

  An admission queue, prepared based on the received Expressions of Interest (EoIs) and the merit list, will be published on the NISER admission webpage.

  Candidates will be invited for the first round of admission based on their merit position in this queue. The invitation email will include a link to fill out the admission form online.

  Please note: A hard or soft copy of this invitation email will be required for entry at the main gate of NISER. Candidates must carry a copy for verification.

  First-Round Admission at NISER
  Invited candidates are required to report in person to the NISER campus, Jatni by 9:00 AM on 25^th July 2025.

  Important:
  CANDIDATES FAILING TO REPORT BY THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL FORFEIT THEIR SEAT.SUCH CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN ANY SUBSEQUENT ADMISSION ROUNDS.

  What to Bring:

  • Original documents/certificates for verification. Please refer to the official admission website for the complete list of required documents.
  • Hard copy of the admission form. A soft copy will NOT work.
  • Hard or soft copy of the invitation email (required for entry at the NISER main gate).

  Admission Process:

  • A first-round admission queue will be prepared based on merit among the candidates who report by 9:00 AM.
  • Admission offers will be made strictly in order of merit from this queue and will continue until all seats are filled or the queue is exhausted.
  • Candidates not admitted on 25th July 2025 will still undergo document verification on the same day.
  • A category-wise waiting list of these verified candidates will be prepared for admission against any future vacancies (due to withdrawals).
  • Such candidates need not report again; they will be contacted by NISER if selected in subsequent rounds.
